Clove

Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum) are the dried flower buds of a tree. They are known for their strong aroma. Cloves are grown in Indonesia, India, Madagascar, Zanzibar&Sri Lanka.

Cloves have been in use in the Indian cuisine since time immemorial.
Clove is also extensively used in the traditional Indian medicinal science (Ayurveda).
The essential oil of clove is used in the preparation of perfumes &tooth paste.
They are also an important raw material in preparing incense in Japanese and Chinese & Jewish tradition.

Our high quality clove buds are again sourced from from plantations located in the evergreen mountain ranges of Kerala. The plantations are regularly visited by our field agro personnel to monitor their healthy growth. They are carefully sorted /graded/sterilized and packed to retain their aroma before being shipped.
